These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between the Vendor (“Seller”) and FUTURE MISSION (“Platform”), an e-commerce marketplace that allows vendors to list, promote, and sell products to customers.
By registering as a Vendor, you accept and agree to comply with these terms.
2.1
Vendor must provide accurate business details, trade license (if required), bank account details, and contact information.
2.2
Vendor confirms that they are legally allowed to sell the listed products.
2.3
Platform reserves the right to approve or reject any Vendor.
3.1
Vendor is responsible for uploading product details, descriptions, specifications, and images.
3.2
Vendor must ensure all information is accurate, original, and free from copyright violations.
3.3
Vendor has full control to set and modify product pricing.
3.4
Price manipulation, fake discounts, and misleading offers are strictly prohibited.
3.5
Platform may request corrections for poor-quality images or misleading product descriptions.
4.1
Platform will charge a commission on each successful sale.
4.2
Commission percentage will be mutually agreed upon during onboarding (e.g., 10%–20% depending on category).
4.3
Commission is calculated on the product sale value (excluding taxes and delivery charges).
4.4
Any additional promotional services (ads, top listings, banners) will carry separate charges.
4.5
Platform reserves the right to revise commission rates with 30 days’ notice.
5.1
Vendor must ensure products listed as “In Stock” are available.
5.2
Vendor must pack and ship orders within the agreed timeline (e.g., 24–48 hours).
5.3
If the Platform provides logistics, Vendor must follow packaging guidelines.
5.4
Delays or cancellations may lead to penalties or temporary suspension.
6.1
Vendor guarantees product authenticity, legality, and compliance with safety standards.
6.2
No counterfeit or illegal items may be sold.
6.3
Vendor must provide accurate warranty terms as applicable.
6.4
Platform is not liable for product defects; Vendor is solely responsible.
7.1
Vendor agrees to honor the return/refund policies defined by the Platform.
7.2
Returned products must be accepted unless damaged by the customer.
7.3
Vendor must respond to customer issues within 24 hours.
7.4
Frequent customer complaints may lead to product removal or vendor suspension.
8.1
Payments to Vendor will be made weekly/bi-weekly/monthly after deducting commission and applicable fees.
8.2
Payment will be made only for delivered and completed orders.
8.3
Payment holds may apply in case of disputes, fraud investigations, or excessive cancellations.
9.1
Platform may promote Vendor products on its website, social media, or advertisements.
9.2
Vendor agrees to allow use of product images and brand name for marketing purposes.
9.3
Premium promotional features may incur additional charges.
10.1
Vendor must not misuse any customer data provided for order fulfillment.
10.2
Any sharing of data to third parties is strictly prohibited.
11.1
Vendor grants the Platform a non-exclusive license to use product images, logos, and descriptions for promotional purposes.
11.2
Vendor must ensure content does not violate any third-party rights.
12.1
Platform may suspend or terminate a Vendor account for:

Vendor may terminate the account with 30 days’ notice.
13.1
Platform is only a facilitator and is not responsible for:

Vendor holds the Platform harmless against all claims related to product quality or legality.
14.1
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Disputes will be settled in the jurisdiction of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
By registering as a Vendor on Future Mission, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Vendor Terms & Conditions.
